On Saturday, May 8th, I will be participating in the 17th Annual Revlon Run/Walk For Women in Los Angeles. I am walking for one of my best friends, Caroline, who last year at only 28 years old, was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. It was a major shock as cancer doesn’t run in her family. After a mastectomy this summer, the cancer has returned and spread to her bones, lungs and liver. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy and while she is fighting, we must do what we can to help.

You can join me in the fight against women’s cancers by making a donation on her behalf. Your donation will help fund important research into the cause and cure of women’s cancers, prevention, education and support service programs. Every dollar will help bring us one step closer to a cure.

I hate asking people for money but I hate that one of my dearest friends has breast cancer more. So here I am asking for your donation.

One in eight women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. Everyone is talking about Jon’s affair, but why isn’t anyone talking about how insane Kate’s hairstyle is! My mom tried that in 1994 and realized it was dumb so she grew it out. Seriously the one huge chunk that goes to the side isn’t a bang and the teased up poof behind that is beyond words. Kate, get a better hair cut and maybe Jon would want to hang out with you more and wouldn’t be at bars hitting on random townies. In Oct, IFC will show: Monty Python: Almost The Truth (The Lawyer’s Cut) a 6 part original doc series. This will mark the 40th anniversary of the first broadcast of the show. The Monty Python’s Flying Circus troupe comprises John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones, Michael Palin and Graham Chapman.

The documentary will feature interviews with all of the surviving Python members, along with archive footage of Chapman, who died in 1989. Jones said: “This is the documentary I always hoped that would be made - something so complete and so faithful to the truth that I don’t need to watch it.”
